RUSSO'S AUTHENTIC NEW YORK STYLE PIZZAS

Our sauce is made fresh from scratch with ripe tomatoes everyday. We use Sicilian extra-virgin, cold-press olive oil, imported from Sicily, along with fresh herbs like fresh basil, fresh Italian parsley, and spices.

Our dough is made with premium high-protein, all-natural flour and extra-virgin olive oil. We proof our dough for 6 hours and hand toss it to perfection.

We source our cheese from a dairy farm in Wisconsin with over 8 licensed cheesemakers, including our Master Cheesemaker, who has won the Red Ribbon and Seal of Excellence awards.

We support our local vegetable producers. We use hormone-free pizza toppings with no artificial flavors that are made with all-natural ingredients and do not have any nitrates or preservatives.
